Our experienced practitioners who provide assistance to leaders in managing the psychological health of their employees via our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) also extend this knowledge through facilitated workshops to manage the risk of stress and promote well-being in the workplace.
At PRIMEXL we endorse an experiential action oriented approach to learning. Our workshops can be adapted to incorporate organisation specific case studies, scenarios and examples. At the conclusion of each workshop, all participants produce 'individualised action plans' for continued development and sustained behavioural change back in the workplace.
