Overview
This course will provide a range of strategies and techniques for management and supervisory personnel to use when assisting people in dispute(s) to systematically isolate the issues in conflict, consider options for resolution and reach an agreement that accommodates the needs of all involved.
Examples used in this course would include complaints by one staff member against another, relating to perceived inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour and general grievances.

Public speaking can be an incredibly anxious experience for many people, turning even the most knowledgeable and prepared person into a confused and blithering mess. Some people may find themselves not participating in conversations that they in fact could contribute to because of the debilitating effects of anxiety and fear associated with speaking in front of others.
This two day course takes you through some very practical methods of managing your anxiety as well as easy to follow steps in delivering a quality presentation. This course aims to build your confidence in managing your fears from many different levels, from giving a speech in front of a large forum, to participating in a staff meeting with a small group of people you may know.
