Managing Mental Health
PRIMEXL's Managing Mental Health program helps participants identify and recognise how safety can be impacted by mental health. With the rising use of antidepressants and other prescription drugs in the workplace, it has become increasingly important for employees, managers and supervisors to develop their understanding of the appropriate use of medications as well as identify and manage mental health issues in the workplace.
The program addresses:
- Signs of stress, depression and anxiety
- Ways to manage stress
- Sources of assistance including the Employee Assistance Programme
Nationally Accredited Training
This program can run as an individual session or as part of the Nationally Accredited Fitness for Work program.
