This workshop is designed to present the core elements of a comprehensive, systematic and multi-component crisis intervention curriculum. It describes a wide range of services including pre and post incident crisis intervention, on-scene support services, individual support, small group meetings (defusing and debriefing), interventions after large scale traumatic events (demobilisations and crisis management briefings), significant other support, follow-up and referral.
