SHL Career Pathfinder

The SHL Career Pathfinder is a leading career interest inventory.   The Career Pathfinder will identify where your interest lies against six interest areas – People, Enterprise, Data, Resources, Artistic and Ideas.

  • Career Pathfinder – Quickscan is a self administered and self-scorable aid to assist in identifying career preferences and interest areas.
  • Career Pathfinder – Indepth provides a more detailed description of the strengths of preference for each interest area, and provides feedback across thirty occupational scales.

SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ)

The SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire is one of the most widely used measures of behavioural style in the world and is designed specifically for use in an organisational setting. 

The Occupational Personality Questionnaire can be a powerful tool in a career counseling context by providing a greater understanding of your preferred behavioural style at work and how this can relate to various occupations.
